30-Day Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.
To start a return, contact our team with your order number and we'll arrange collection or a return label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or our error.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us immediately — we'll repair, replace or refund at no cost to you.
