Returns
Items may be returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Contact the support team with your order number to start a return.
Eligibility, timeframes and any applicable fees are confirmed at the time of purchase. Australian Consumer Law rights always apply.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or our error.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us immediately - we'll repair, replace or refund at no cost to you.
