20-35% power for 15 minutes. Gentle flow for warm-ups, beginners and low-impact movement.
P2 Intermediate
45-70% power for 20 minutes. Steady resistance for aerobic fitness and technique work.

70-85% power for 25 minutes. High-intensity current for power-focused training.
