Warranty Policy

Swim Jet P Series and robotic pool cleaners include up to a 3-year warranty. The portable Swim Jet X Series includes a 2-year main-unit warranty.

Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Damage from misuse, accident, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.

Consumable parts and cosmetic wear are excluded.

Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. Most claims are resolved with a repair or replacement part shipped free of charge.
